Mark has over 17 years of experience as a law clerk and as such, he has an in-depth knowledge of court processes. His experience includes civil and commercial litigation matters. Mark is knowledgeable in all aspects of the management of litigation files including drafting of pleadings, motion materials, discoveries, trials, appeals and enforcement of judgments.

Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Mark worked for over 10 years at a boutique law firm which mainly specialized in criminal defence law as a civil litigation law clerk. This position provided Mark with an opportunity to work on a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes.
