Emily is an associate in the Employment and Labour Group. Her practice extends to all areas of employment and labour law, including employment standards, investigations, human rights, terminations, and employment matters relevant to corporate transactions. Emily has experience representing clients in administrative tribunals, arbitrations and during collective bargaining.

Professional Activities
Emily is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Queensland Law Society.

Background
Prior to joining Stikeman Elliott, Emily was an associate at a leading international law firm in Brisbane, Australia. Throughout her career, Emily has been a dedicated volunteer to various charities and community initiatives including supporting a non-profit organization offering scholarships for indigenous children and regularly attending community legal clinics. During law school, Emily received first in class awards in various courses and was awarded best performing student volunteer in the Human Rights Law Clinic.
