Halyna Chumak is a lawyer in the Knowledge Management Group. Her practice focuses on securities, including investment funds, registration and regulatory compliance matters. Halyna is also responsible for the development of legal content, precedents and current awareness materials to help lawyers and clients leverage the firm’s knowledge and remain attuned to legal and industry developments.

Before joining Stikeman Elliott, Halyna served as legal counsel at the Ontario Securities Commission, where she had previously summered and completed her articles.
