Description
Until recently, Don Lebans was a partner at Branch MacMaster LLP. Don now serves as Associate Counsel.

Don joined Branch MacMaster in 1998 and has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in numerous class action lawsuits, covering areas such as product liability, life insurance, and health claims. In addition to his extensive class action experience, Don’s practice also includes work in insurance defence and coverage, malpractice defence, and administrative law.

He has successfully represented clients before the B.C. Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as the Health Professions Review Board and other administrative boards and tribunals.
