Zach Austin’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, corporate governance and corporate finance.

Zach represents domestic and foreign companies in connection with merger and acquisition transactions, both public and private, across a wide range of industries. He has experience with contested situations, including hostile takeover bids, and advising special committees of boards of directors. Zach also frequently acts for clients on equity and debt financings, including public offerings, private placements, joint ventures and strategic investments, and going-public transactions.
