British Columbia’s real estate landscape is evolving rapidly. Clark Wilson’s Commercial Real Estate team maintains stride with the change and remains at the forefront of major real estate transactions in the province. Winnie is part of that team and works with our lawyers to assist developers, buyers and sellers with their legal needs.

Winnie has many years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal. She assists clients with a range of services, which include drafting development agreements and handling real estate acquisitions, sales and financing deals. Winnie also has several years of paralegal experience in our Banking, Insolvency & Restructuring department, which equips her with additional knowledge on financing transactions.

Winnie understands the importance of completing transactions efficiently and smoothly for our clients, and endeavors to provide practical, tailored service to those she works with.
