Emily supports our clients as they work through the difficult process of litigating a loved one’s estate or trust . Her goal is to give our clients peace of mind knowing that their legal affairs will be handled. She enjoys getting to the root of her clients’ legal challenges and examining their needs to help find an efficient and creative solution. Emily’s pragmatism and dedication to service translate through her professional and volunteer work, making her a natural fit for our estates and trusts practice.

Prior to law school, Emily graduated with distinction from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Commerce. The robust analytical and problem-solving skills, financial savvy, research, and negotiation capabilities developed over her academic career provide Emily with an excellent foundation for thriving in estate and trust litigation.
