Description
Will Samson-Doel is a senior associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group of the Dentons’ Toronto office. He maintains a broad practice in corporate, commercial, and civil litigation with a focus on matters relating to insurance defence, employment, professional liability, construction and human rights. Will has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
Will completed his Bachelor of Arts in political science at the University of Ottawa. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Western University. During law school, Will participated in several moot court competitions. He participated in the Gale Cup Moot Court Competition Finals and received the Dickson Medal for outstanding oral advocacy.
Prior to joining Dentons, Will was an associate at a boutique law firm in Toronto.
