Description
Wade graduated with a law degree with honours at the University of Exeter in England and attended a legal studies course at the University of Hong Kong. Since then, he travels regularly between Canada, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. Prior to joining Shim Law, Wade was a legal assistant at a Hong Kong corporate law firm where he reviewed and drafted documents for various Initial Public Offerings for Mainland Chinese companies.

Since settling into Canada, Wade has completed the National Committee on Accreditation exams and was a legal assistant for Shim Law where he is now articling with.

During his articles, Wade focuses on criminal law, family law, and civil litigation.

Wade is enthusiastic about meeting new challenges and solving problems. Outside of law, he enjoys giving back to the community, having a good time, and making new friends.
