Description
Daniela is an internationally trained Law Student with 3 years’ paralegal and accounting support
experience for international management consulting and law organizations.

Daniela graduated from the School of Law at the University of Chile, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). She has
since completed the Canadian National Committee on Accreditation requirements after accomplishing
the requisite courses at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, at the University of British Columbia.
In 2021, Daniela had finished the Practice Readiness Education Program (PREP), where she focused on
legal writing and research on Family Law, Real Estate Law, Criminal Law, Aboriginal Law, and Corporate
Law, amongst others.

Daniela has joined Shim Law as a Legal Assistant where she gained hands-on experience in law firm
management. She is now a Student-At-Law and would be happy to assist the Albertan community of
their legal needs.

Outside of law, Daniela likes to spend time with family and friends.
