Description
Vanessa has a general commercial real estate practice focusing on the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties, as well as municipal and planning matters. Vanessa has also played a key role in condominium development projects.

Vanessa’s work has benefited a wide range of clients including developers, REITs, institutional and private lenders, commercial bodies and public entities.

Vanessa completed her law degree at University of Toronto. Throughout law school, she worked as a teaching assistant at the Rotman School of Management and served as the Head of Finance and Head of Student Initiatives for the First Generation Network. Prior to becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Vanessa summered and articled with the firm and completed a secondment at the Bank of Montreal.
