Natalia Iamundo has a commercial real estate practice focused primarily on acquisitions and dispositions, development and condominium work, real property financing, and commercial leasing and regulatory licensing matters. She has represented some of Canada’s most prominent real estate developers, investors and operators in respect of a wide range of asset classes, including retail, condominium, industrial, multi-family residential and hotel properties, and landmark office buildings, most recently Scotia Plaza and 2 Bloor Street West in Toronto. She is well versed in a variety of real estate investment structures, ranging from joint ventures and limited partnerships to mortgage investment and other private equity investment funds. Her practical, client-centered approach and keen attention to detail ensures efficiency and excellence in the delivery of the services she provides.
