Trevor maintains a broad corporate and commercial practice, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities law and competition law. He regularly assists clients with incorporations, corporate governance matters and the structuring and execution of business transactions.

Trevor has experience in various commercial agreements including working with both private and public companies on share and asset acquisitions, private placements, and other corporate matters.

Trevor received his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.
