Tom Koutoulakis practices corporate and securities law, focusing on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises public companies and their boards of directors, as well as investment dealers, on various aspects of securities law compliance issues including corporate governance. A seasoned author and lecturer, Tom brings a wealth of experience working across various industries, including the REIT, technology, life sciences, and finance sectors.

Outside of the office, Tom is also active in his community, sitting on the board of governors at Mount Sinai (Toronto).
