Timothy Chubb is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Banking & Finance Groups. His practice focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions, domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and fund formation activities. Tim’s clients include private equity and venture capital firms, waste management companies, media and telecom companies, technology companies and industrial and manufacturing companies. He is Chair of the Law Clerks Committee in the Toronto office.

Professional Activities
Tim is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario, the American Bar Association, the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association and the Association for Corporate Growth. He has participated as a speaker at various conferences on corporate law, private equity and venture capital.
