Description
Thomas Bauer is co-Head of the firm’s tax group. He has extensive experience advising clients on income tax matters, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, debt restructuring, cross-border transactions and investments, capital markets and structured financings.

Thomas also represents clients in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, both at the audit and appeals levels, and has appeared as counsel in numerous cases before the Tax Court of Canada and Federal Court.
