Description
Talya Shulman is growing a practice in litigation and dispute resolution. A dedicated and enthusiastic lawyer, she offers her expertise on a wide range of dispute types that clients face.

During law school, she competed and excelled in numerous moot competitions. She was a finalist in the Gale Cup moot and earned the top factum award. Talya served as a clinic fellow with Osgoode’s Intellectual Property Innovation Clinic, where she developed familiarity serving the intellectual property needs of entrepreneurs, small start-up companies and inventors. She was also involved as the co-head of mentorship for the Osgoode Jewish Law Student Association.

Talya received her juris doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and also holds a master’s of science from McMaster University as well as a bachelor’s of science from Queen’s University.
