Description
Vaughan Rawes is a bright young lawyer building a broad business law practice. In his practice, he advises on a range of corporate and commercial legal matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
During his legal studies, Vaughan served as the President of the Osgoode Entertainment & Sports Law Association and Vice-President of the Osgoode Bankruptcy & Insolvency Club. He was also a member of Osgoode’s orientation week executive team and served as a Student Ambassador, volunteering at recruitment events.
Vaughan holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University. He previously completed his articling and summer term at the firm.
