I have been practicing personal injury law more than 10 years. I fight for individuals and families who have suffered injuries and damages due to the negligence of others. Whenever you are involved in an accident or any incident causing injury, it is always prudent to consult a lawyer to understand your legal rights. In matters involving insurance companies, they will often deploy teams of lawyers who will scrutinize every element of your claim. From determining liability and fault to quantifying your damages and ensuring that my clients are undergoing the required medical treatment. The legal system is complex and compensation related to injuries can be difficult to establish.

Insurers are not legally obligated to pay fair compensation. They will aggressively attempt to negotiate your payout. To them it’s simply business. But for you, it’s your life. You need someone who will hold them accountable. I have significant experience in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, contractual disputes including wrongful denial of coverage under an insurance policy, and general civil litigation.

I am a born and raised Albertan and zealously advocate for the rights of those in our province who are entitled to fair compensation for their injuries.
