Description
Known for her highly personable and pragmatic approach, Subreen achieves quick and efficient results for clients. As a seasoned litigator, she practises in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury matters principally in the area of motor vehicle accident claims. In addition, Subreen acts for clients in estate and trust matters, and corporate/commercial litigation.

Subreen has appeared in various levels of court in British Columbia as well as administrative tribunals. She regularly appears in trial at Supreme Court, fighting for her clients when settlement avenues such as mediation and arbitration are exhausted. This is where Subreen thrives.

In addition to her civil litigation practise, Subreen leverages her game-changing litigation insight to work with our corporate department in assisting clients to reach solutions to their most complex corporate and commercial law matters. Specifically, Subreen has taken a special interest in assisting clients in the up and coming cannabis industry.

Born and raised in Surrey, Subreen received her Bachelor’s in Arts Degree (major in Political Science and minor in Communications) locally from S.F.U. in 2006 and her LLB in 2010 from the University of Victoria. Following her call to the bar in 2011, Subreen practised in a boutique litigation firm after which she practised as a top Associate at one of the Lower Mainland’s leading law firms. Drawing on her years of professional success, Subreen established SB Law Group, now Origin Law Group, in 2017.

In addition to her passion for helping clients, Subreen dedicates her free time to her two young sons, Milan and Niam, and her husband, Inder, as well as to her fine collection of family and remarkable girlfriends.
