Sonia Nabais is an intellectual property law clerk and focuses on Canadian trademark opposition and expungement proceedings, as well as all aspects of trademark prosecution in Canada, including assessing the registrability of trademarks.

Sonia also collaborates regularly with foreign counsel to co-ordinate trademark protection for clients in Canada and internationally.
