Description
Lisa is a senior law clerk in the firm’s Real Estate practice. She has experience in managing complex matters and projects, including reviewing agreements and preparing draft closing documents for the purchase, sale and financing of commercial real estate transactions. She has extensive experience with complex multi-property transactions, acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial real estate properties, including office and apartment buildings, shopping centres and industrial properties.

Lisa’s expertise also includes 13 years spent with Teranet, automating the Land Registry Offices in Ontario, where she conducted real property title searches for automation to Land Titles and identified title deficiencies and properties that could not be automated.

She is experienced in drafting ereg transfers, easements, agreements, etc., required for electronic registration and also has experience preparing all documents and closing transactions, on behalf of the Vendor Developer, for new subdivision and condominium projects.
