Soni Nayak is the Founder and Managing Lawyer of LinQ Law, a full-service law firm based in Edmonton, Alberta, known for providing strategic legal solutions across personal, family, and corporate matters. With over 20 years of international legal experience, Soni brings deep expertise in corporate law—including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and insolvency—as well as practical insight into sensitive areas such as family law, custody, and divorce.

She began her legal career at a prominent international law firm in India and has advised companies in diverse sectors such as pharmaceuticals and consumer goods on establishing and growing their operations. Soni holds her first LLB from the University of Mumbai and is also a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and is also affiliated (non-practising) with the Law Society of Ontario. Her approach blends strong legal acumen with a commitment to personalized client service, clear communication, and compassionate advocacy.
