Seema Aggarwal is a partner in the Corporate and Privacy groups. She advises start-ups to multinationals on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters with an emphasis on complex commercial agreements, privacy, and anti-spam law, supporting clients across a wide variety of industries.

Seema often acts as outsourced in-house counsel working alongside executive management, business and in-house legal teams to advise on new product and technology launches and other multifaceted business initiatives, skillfully leading the process from inception to successful debut on the consumer market.

With her experience advising both domestic and international businesses, clients admire Seema’s ability to develop practical and creative solutions to complex business problems that are tailored to the company’s culture and its short- and long-term objectives.

Seema’s diverse legal background showcases her deep understanding of corporate law. She has served as General Counsel for the Canadian arm of a global automotive manufacturer and has practiced at two prominent Canadian law firms as well as a prestigious international law firm in London, England.
