Description
Sarah’s practice focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. She has experience acting for targets and acquirors in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Sarah has represented some of Canada’s largest private equity firms and financial institutions on a wide range of investment activities. Sarah also advises private equity sponsor clients (including existing private equity funds and newly forming funds) on their structure, governance, carry and other economic arrangements.
