Description
Alex has a broad litigation practice with particular focus on public and regulatory law, class action defence and commercial disputes. As part of his public and regulatory law practice, he represents and provides advice to a wide spectrum of clients, including banks, administrative tribunals, public interest groups, technology companies, Indigenous communities, governments and industry proponents in many sectors, including nuclear, wind, transportation and mining. Alex also has experience litigating class actions, including multijurisdictional actions, primarily related to the scope and applicability of regulatory regimes.
