Description
Yvonne So assists lawyers and clients with ongoing securities regulatory filings through the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) and the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI). She also assists securities-related transactions and other matters including public offerings, rights offerings, private placements, continuous disclosure obligations, including preparation of Management Information Circular and Annual Information Form for reporting issuers and CDS filings including ISIN/CUSIP requests.

Yvonne obtained her Bachelor of Law (Honors), City University of Hong Kong in 1997. She completed her Securities Law Fellowship Certification at the University of Toronto with honors in 2003 and is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries Canada (ACIS) since 2006.
