Sarah’s practice is focused on corporate/commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and securities compliance matters.

Sarah has experience advising clients with respect to asset and share sales and has also acted for clients in connection with corporate reorganizations, public offerings and private placements.

Sarah obtained her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University, where she gained a strong foundation in both common law and civil law pursuant to McGill’s transsystemic, bilingual BCL/JD program. Prior to attending law school, Sarah completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy at the University of the Fraser Valley.
