Carly Toronchuk is an associate in the firm’s Edmonton office who focuses her practice on commercial litigation, commercial bankruptcy and insolvency.

Carly has wide-ranging experience in various types of corporate/commercial litigation matters, including bankruptcy and insolvency, civil proceedings, foreclosures and general corporate litigation. She has appeared before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Appeal of Alberta.
