Sarah’s focus is on commercial and general litigation, with a particular focus on estate litigation.

Sarah also has experience in:

Estate administration and litigation, including estate distribution, challenges to capacity, family maintenance and support claims, formal proof of wills, fraudulent conveyances, collection on debts owed to the estate, personal representative disputes
Construction litigation, including, oil and gas, commercial and institutional construction disputes involving complex engineering, procurement and construction issues
Administration law and the appeal of municipal board decisions
Securities litigation matters, including representing shareholders and directors’ and officers’ in private disputes and actions, including claims for oppression, breach of shareholders’ agreements, violation of securities laws, and other shareholder related causes of action
