Lauren’s focus is assisting employers with:

Termination and lay-off strategy
Severance negotiations and wrongful dismissal claims
Employment Standards complaints
Workplace discrimination, harassment and bullying claims
Human Rights complaints
Third-party workplace investigations
Drafting of policies, employee handbooks, and employment and contractor agreements
Lauren provides legal advice and representation to employers in a variety of matters including terminations, severance negotiations, human rights complaints, and with respect to other workplace issues. She also provides general advisory work to employers across both provincial and federally-regulated industries, and is skilled in the drafting and implementation of workplace policies, employment handbooks, and employment and contractor agreements.
