Description
Saira has broad tax experience, advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations, securitizations and debt and equity offerings. She also supports institutional investors and private equity funds on the tax issues in fund formation and portfolio investments. Saira routinely advises Canadian pension plans on their investments into funds, working closely with OMERS, OPTrust, Ontario Teachers’ and IMCO, among others.
