Kendal’s practice at Rice Parsons Leoni & Elliott LLP is devoted to insurance claims (wrongful denials of life, disability, property, and critical illness insurance coverage), mass torts, class action proceedings, and personal injury litigation including medical, dental, and other professional malpractice, commercial host and occupier’s liability claims, motor vehicle negligence, and wrongful death family compensation claims. Kendal’s previous years acting for insurance companies and for the Public Guardian and Trustee has provided her with valuable insight that has served her well in her strictly plaintiff-devoted practice at RPLE Law.

Kendal has a relentless work ethic and settles for nothing less than excellence. She has represented individual and institutional clients at all levels of Court in B.C and achieved countless out-of-court settlements through her exhaustive preparation, persistence, and practical approach to resolving conflict.

Prior to joining RPLE Law in 2023, Kendal practiced in insurance defense at a leading international law firm and served on the executive of the Wills and Trusts (Vancouver) subsection of the Canadian Bar Association. She is the ongoing author of the CLEBC practice manual chapter Advising a Business on Insurance Basics.
