Speed is of the essence in the fast-paced real estate world. Rochelle is aware of this and works hard to provide the efficient, quality service our clients expect. Rochelle helps our Commercial Real Estate team assist a range of clients on all matters relating to real estate, including commercial purchase and sales, financing, subdivisions, and land development.

Rochelle’s background in public utility statutory rights of way equips her with valuable experience, and the ability to craft creative solutions. She values building strong relationships and works collaboratively with staff at the Land Title Office and municipal and provincial government offices to achieve our clients’ goals efficiently.

As a native Vancouverite, Rochelle has always enjoyed watching the city change around her. Today, she takes pride in the role she plays in the evolution of the landscape and the realization of each client’s vision.
