Description
Mr. Malo acts as Counsel and practises in civil and commercial litigation, family law, youth and human rights law, criminal and penal law and administrative law.

His training as a lawyer has allowed him to acquire versatility as a litigator before the various courts of Quebec such as the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada as well as various provincial and federal administrative law tribunals.

He has also acted as an administrative judge at the Veterans Review and Appeal Board and the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal.
