Description
Rebecca’s practice involves all aspects of competition law and foreign investment review. She advises international and domestic clients in a wide range of business sectors on matters requiring Competition Act compliance, including complex merger transactions, reviewable (civil) matters, criminal matters, related inquiries by the Competition Bureau, and competition law compliance programs. She also assists clients on compliance with, and reviews under, the Investment Canada Act, including net benefit and national security reviews.
