Description
Pino has more than two decades of experience in civil litigation. He defends health professionals in civil actions related to negligence, human rights, and privacy issues. He also has a broad regulatory practice, where he assists professionals in matters before regulatory and administrative bodies, including the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, the Consent and Capacity Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and the Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario.
