Pablo is an associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group based in Edmonton.

Pablo represents several companies, individuals and Municipalities in construction litigation, contractual disputes, debt recovery, personal injury, and other commercial and personal disputes. Pablo is always engaged in finding the most efficient solution to any given legal issue and uses this approach to the benefit his clients.

Pablo appeared in several matters in the Provincial Court of Alberta and in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench. He has been successful in resolving matters by way of Summary Application, Summary Trial and Trial. Additionally, Pablo has significant experience and success in Settlement Meetings, Mediations and Judicial Dispute Resolution.
