Description
Michael is a partner and department head in the Toronto office of the firm’s Banking and Finance group.

Based in Toronto, Michael possesses strong and established knowledge and experience on a wide range of financing/debt transactions. He skillfully counsels and guides foreign and domestic clients on financing matters with a particular emphasis on fund finance, loan syndications, cash flow and asset based lending, acquisition financings, cross-border financings, project and real estate financings, mezzanine financings and inter-creditor arrangements.

Michael also advises clients in connection with corporate restructuring, private mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters. He acts for a number of financial institutions, as well as other public and private entities in the financial services, resource, manufacturing, entertainment, energy and retail industries.
