Description
Micah Zierer-Clyke is building a broad capital markets practice.
Micah previously worked as a summer and articling student at McMillan. In his articling term, he additionally gained valuable experience on a secondment in CIBC’s legal department.
During his legal studies, Micah was a researcher while participating in a corporate / securities law moot. He also was a student caseworker and group leader at Queen’s Legal Aid, providing free legal services to low-income Kingston area residents. He served as the finance director of the Queen’s Chapter of the Black Law Students’ Association of Canada and was elected 3L Council Faculty Board Representative of the Law Students’ Society.
