Description
Shu Hao (David) Zhang is an Associate with the Business Law practice at McMillan. He previously completed his articling term at the firm.
David brings experience in international investments, venture capital and the health care industry. He was involved in pro bono work with both the Family Law Project and Legal Aid Ontario during his legal studies. He was also an active member of campus life, serving as an editor for several university journals, including the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law Review.
Shu Hao holds a JD from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Medical Sciences, with Distinction, from Western University.
