Logan Copen is an associate practicing in the Corporate Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance as well as general corporate and commercial law. Logan also advises clients on corporate governance, security regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure obligations.
Professional Activities
Logan is a teaching team member of the Lawyer as Negotiator course, a supervising lawyer for the Osgoode Business Law Clinic and an official mentor for students at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. Logan is also a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
Background
Logan joined Stikeman Elliott as a summer student in 2013. In 2014, he completed a legal intensive placement at the Hudson’s Bay Company. During his articles at Stikeman Elliott, he completed a secondment in the Capital Markets General Counsel Group at the Royal Bank of Canada.
