Hilary Crangle is the Director, Associate Programs in the Toronto office. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the associate program, including performance management, career development, retention, lateral recruitment and secondments.

Hilary is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association.

Background
Hilary began her legal career at another major Canadian law firm, where she practiced corporate law and was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group for eight years.

Prior to joining Stikeman Elliott, Hilary was senior legal counsel at one of the Big Five Banks, where she practiced in the area of mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and private equity.
