Mercy Liu advises clients on all aspects of competition law, including merger review, abuse of dominance and compliance matters. Mercy has experience working on regulatory investigations under the Competition Act. Mercy also advises clients on foreign investment reviews under the Investment Canada Act.
Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Mercy summered and articled with the firm. Mercy is a member of the Canadian Bar Association (Competition Law and Foreign Investment Review Section) and the American Bar Association (Antitrust Law Section).
