Description
Marshall has a general commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on corporate and commercial disputes. He also has experience working in fraud and class actions, and has assisted with internal and regulatory investigations and inquiries by securities regulators.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Marshall summered and articled with the firm. Marshall is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates’ Society.
