Description
Lorraine is involved in all aspects of franchising and commercial lending transactions from commencement to closing and reporting, including but not limited to drafting franchise disclosure documents and execution packages, closing agendas, conducting, reviewing and summarizing corporate, PPSA and title/off-title searches, drafting of security documentation and preparing and registering filings under PPSA. Lorraine is also well versed with, reviewing draft documents, reviewing and assembling closing documents, communicating with lawyers, clients and external counsel throughout transactions and dealing with post-closing matters.Lorraine also has experience assisting lawyers in the areas of corporate transactions, acquisitions, reorganizations, share purchase and sale transactions and asset purchase and sale transactions. Lorraine is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and has been certified since 1998.
