Leah practices corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and public company advice. She routinely works with clients on both public and private M&A transactions, representing issuers, financial institutions, investment banks and pension plans.

Leah also supports clients with ongoing corporate governance and securities law guidance, advising companies on regulatory compliance and best practices.
