Description
Kevin represents insurance companies in disputes involving statutory accident benefits (no-fault benefits), including priority and loss transfer claims. Kevin regularly appears before the Courts and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario to argue both hearings and appeals.
Kevin was born and raised in Niagara Falls. Kevin obtained an Honours B.A. in 1995 from the University of Windsor and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998. Kevin was admitted to the Bar in 2001. Kevin is a member of the Hamilton Law Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Defence Lawyers. Kevin is a former director of the Brain Injury Association of Niagara and the Niagara Victim Crisis Support Services.
