Jennifer practices in the areas of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in professional negligence, commercial host claims, product liability, contractual disputes, administrative and regulatory matters, and employment matters. Jennifer has represented clients at the Court of Appeal, the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Provincial Court of Alberta, and frequently assists clients in resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration and well-planned negotiation.
Jennifer also worked as in-house counsel for a year at a global law firm, providing her a breadth of experience in risk management and legal issues facing organizations, as well as a strong understanding of the importance of strategic, business-focused legal advice.
