Jenifer provides practical advice related to matters affecting the administration and sponsorship of pension plans, pension plan investments, annuity purchases, tax reporting and compliance, pension plan governance, and pension plan asset transfers, mergers, and wind-ups. Jenifer also frequently advises on the tax treatment and employment aspects of incentive plans and various group benefit plans.
